1. Pricing And Offers

At PlumbGet, we strive to keep our pricing and product information accurate and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to adjust prices if supplier costs change, new taxes or duties are added, or errors or omissions in the published prices are discovered. In this unlikely event, we are not liable for any inaccuracies at any time. If a pricing adjustment is necessary, we will inform you before confirming your order. To avoid  outdated information, please refresh your browser when browsing our website. This will allow  you to view the most recent prices and product availability. Please note that discount codes are only applicable to individual products and cannot be used  for items included in packages or suites. PlumbGet may withdraw or modify any offers, discount codes, or reduced prices at any time without prior notice. Any reference to Free Delivery refers to Free Standard Delivery unless stated otherwise.

2. Price and Payment

  •  The Supplier may, by giving notice to the Customer at any time up to 10 Business Days before delivery, increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost of the Goods that is due to:  
  •  Any factor beyond the Supplier’s control (including foreign exchange fluctuations, increases in taxes and duties, increases in freight costs and increases in labour, materials and other manufacturing costs);  
  • Any request by the Customer to change the delivery date(s), quantities or types of Goods ordered; or  
  • Any delay caused by any instructions of the Customer or failure of the Customer to give the Supplier adequate or accurate information or instructions.  
  • The price of the Goods is exclusive of amounts in respect of value added tax (VAT). The Customer shall, on receipt of a valid VAT invoice from the Supplier, pay to the Supplier such additional amounts in respect of VAT as are chargeable on the supply of the Goods.  
  • The Supplier may invoice the Customer for the Goods on or at any time after the earlier of:  
  • Completion of delivery; or   
  • Dispatch of the Goods from the Supplier’s UK premises.

3. Delivery

Our delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to factors like weather, seasonality, or other unforeseen circumstances. Prices include VAT; a single delivery fee will be applied based on the total weight for orders containing multiple items.  and replace it with:  Unless you specifically request special delivery arrangements. 

Upon receiving your order, we recommend visually inspecting the products for any obvious damages or missing items before signing for the delivery. it is essential to ensure that all items are present. Please avoid storing items away without inspection. If you find any damaged or missing components, contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery, including your order reference (ORD number). Please open each box and check thoroughly for damages if we are notified within the given time frame We will promptly arrange a replacement and collection.

Once the delivery has been signed, responsibility for the items transfers to you, and the buyer assumes any risk of damage or loss. If someone else accepts delivery on your behalf, ensure they inspect the goods. Please do not install any damaged items, as we cannot replace or refund damaged goods that have already been installed. When possible, return damaged goods in their original packaging.

We cannot be held responsible for losses or damages from errors made during checkout, such as incorrect address details. Please double-check your information before completing the order. We advise against scheduling installers or preparatory work until all items have been delivered and inspected. For out-of-stock items, our suppliers provide an estimated restock date that may change. We will notify you via phone or email once the item is available, and you can arrange delivery at this point. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3.1 The Supplier shall deliver the Goods to the location set out in the Confirmation of Order or such other location as the parties may agree (Delivery Location) at any time after the Supplier notifies the Customer that the Goods are ready.   

3.2 Delivery of the Goods shall be completed on the Goods’ arrival at the Delivery Location.  

3.3 Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. The Supplier shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Customer’s failure to provide the Supplier with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.   

3.4 If the Supplier fails to deliver the Goods, its liability shall be limited to the costs and expenses incurred by the Customer in obtaining replacement goods of similar description and quality in the cheapest market available, less the price of the Goods. The Supplier shall have no liability for any failure to deliver the Goods to the extent that such failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Customer’s failure to provide the Supplier with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.  

3.5 In the event that the Supplier or the Supplier’s carrier reasonably considers the Delivery Location unsuitable for delivery, the Supplier reserves the right to deliver the Goods as close to the Delivery Location as reasonably possible.   

3.6 If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give the Supplier adequate delivery instructions or make adequate arrangements for delivery at the time stated for delivery, then, except where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Supplier’s failure to comply with its obligations under the Contract the Supplier and without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Supplier, the Supplier may store the Goods until actual delivery takes place, and charge the Customer for all related costs and expenses including (but not limited to):   

3.6.1 Insurance;  

3.6.2 Any costs associated with any failed delivery and rearranging such delivery;  

3.6.3 The Customer shall have 3 hours from the time of delivery to unload the Goods and thereafter shall be charged demurrage at such rate as incurred by the Supplier.  

3.7 If 10 Business Days after the day on which the Supplier notified the Customer that the Goods were ready for delivery the Customer has not taken delivery of them, the Supplier may resell or otherwise dispose of part or all of the Goods and, after deducting reasonable storage and selling costs, account to the Customer for any excess over the price of the Goods or charge the Customer for any shortfall below the price of the Goods.  

3.8 The Customer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods if the Supplier delivers up to and including 10% more or less than the quantity of Goods ordered, but a pro rata adjustment shall be made to the Order invoice on receipt of notice from the Customer that the wrong quantity of Goods was delivered.  

3.9 The Supplier accepts no liability for loss or damage to the Goods in transit or storage or however so damaged or for delivering the wrong Goods or for non-delivery or delivery of an incorrect quantity of Goods (even if caused by the Supplier’s own negligence) unless notified in writing within 1 Business Day of delivery. If the Customer does not provide the Supplier with such notification, then the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with the Order.  

3.10 A signature on behalf of the Customer on any delivery note (or any equivalent documentation) or deemed signature shall be conclusive evidence as to the quantity, condition and quality of the Goods delivered unless notice is given to the Supplier in accordance with clause 3.10.  

3.11 If notice of any defects is provided within 3 business days of delivery the Customer must return all goods in accordance with the Supplier’s return policy which can be found at www.plumbget.com 

4. Quality

4.1 The Supplier warrants that on deliver the Goods shall:  

4.1.1 Be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship;  

4.1.2 Be of satisfactory quality (within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979); and 4.1.3 be fit for any purpose held out by the Supplier.  

4.2 Subject to clause 4.3, if: 

4.2.1 The Customer gives notice in writing to the Supplier within a reasonable time of discovery and in any event no later than 6 months from the date of delivery that some or all of the Goods do not comply with the warranty set out in clause 4.1; 

4.2.2 The Supplier is given a reasonable opportunity of examining such Goods; and  

4.2.3 The Customer (if asked to do so by the Supplier) returns such Goods to the Supplier’s place of business at the Customer’s cost, the Supplier shall, at its option, repair or replace the defective Goods, or refund the price of the defective Goods in full.  

4.3 The Supplier shall not be liable for Goods’ failure to comply with the warranty set out in clause 4.1 in any of the following events:   

4.3.1 The Customer makes any further use of such Goods after giving notice in accordance with clause 4.2;   

4.3.2 The end user has not employed the services of a skilled tradesperson to install the Goods and/or such installation has not been carried out in accordance with the Supplier’s instructions   

4.3.3 The end user has, in repairing a defect with the Goods, not employed a skilled tradesperson where it is reasonable and appropriate to do so, and such repair has not been carried out in accordance with the Supplier’s instructions  

4.3.4 The defect arises because the Customer failed to follow the Supplier’s oral or written instructions as to the storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of the Goods or (if there are none) good trade practice regarding the same; or  

4.3.5 The defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, or abnormal storage or working conditions.  

4.4 The Supplier’s reasonable opinion as to the cause of the defect shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error or conclusive evidence to the contrary.   

4.5 Except as provided in this clause 4, the Supplier shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of the Goods’ failure to comply with the warranty set out in clause 4.1.  

4.6 The Supplier reserves the right to make any changes to the Goods which are required to conform with any applicable statutory or regulatory requirements from time to time.   

4.7 The terms implied by sections 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the Contract.  

4.8 These Conditions shall apply to any repaired or replacement Goods supplied by the Supplier. 

5. Security

6. Customer's Obligations And Warranties

  • The Customer warrants and represents that it has all necessary authority to enter into the Contract and that all information provided to the Supplier by the Customer in relation to the Contract is true and accurate and not misleading and that the Supplier is relying on such information in entering into the Contract.  
  • The Customer shall procure that the end user of the Goods (End User) is aware of the need for professional advice and assistance from an appropriately qualified and trained tradesperson in the installation and (where necessary) the repair of the Goods. Failure to do so (or the failure of an end user to heed the advice of the Customer) resulting in any self-installation or repair by an End User may invalidate any warranty provided by the Supplier, whether contained in these terms or otherwise.  
  • The Customer agrees to co-operate fully with the Supplier and at the Customer’s expense to provide any assistance reasonably required by the Supplier in relation to the Goods in particular the Customer agrees, without limitation, to:   
  •  Inspect and check the Goods upon delivery or collection to ensure that they conform to the Order;  
  • Ensure that an authorised representative of the Customer signs any delivery note relating to the Order (or any equivalent documentation) on delivery to confirm that the Goods comply with the Order and that, in the absence of such signature and provided always that the Customer does not provide the Supplier with notice pursuant to clause 3.10, such delivery note shall be deemed to have been signed by an authorised representative of the Customer and the Goods shall be deemed to comply with the Order.

7. Additional charges And Stock

  • If the Customer is situated in Scotland or in the Southwest of England, a minimum order quantity of £500.00 will be required. Deliveries to these regions are not available on Order’s below the value of £500.00.  
  • The Supplier does not deliver to the North or South of Ireland.

8. Cancellation Rights

Refunds of unwanted items will be processed within 30 days. Once you receive the cancelled order, return the item back to us within seven days of receiving the delivery, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised goods.  

After 30 days, from the day after receiving the goods, cancellations are no longer accepted. 

Goods should be returned unused and in their original packaging. We are not responsible for return shipping costs of unwanted items and also, we cannot refund damaged items that have been so long as in your possession.

All images on our website aim to represent the original products as closely as possible. They are displayed with permission from the manufacturers/suppliers. However, manufacturers may occasionally make slight changes to the design.the items you receive may differ slightly from the website images. Due to browser software and monitor limitations, colours may also vary slightly.

When it comes to tiles, variations in size, shape, colour, and pattern are common due to manufacturing processes. To minimise inconsistencies, we recommend using tiles from the same batch whenever possible. PlumbGet accepts no liability for these natural variations. 

11. Force Majeure

11.1 Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the Contract to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event means any event beyond a party’s reasonable control, which by its nature could not have been foreseen, or, if it could have been foreseen, was unavoidable, including strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving its own workforce or a third party’s), failure of energy sources or transport network, acts of God, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, interference by civil or military authorities, national or international calamity, armed conflict, malicious damage, breakdown of plant or machinery, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, sonic boom, explosions, collapse of building structures, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, loss at sea, epidemics or similar events, natural disasters or extreme adverse weather conditions, or default of suppliers or subcontractors. 

12. Online Transaction Terms and Conditions
